  • You may secure your retreat access in two ways:

    • Pay in Full at registration

    • Payment Plan:

      • $200 Non-Refundable Deposit to reserve your spot

      • Remaining balance divided into equal monthly payments

      • Final payment due by October 15, 2025

    Retreat fee covers group activities, wellness sessions, and retreat materials. Lodging is not included.

    • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

    • Your deposit secures your space and supports planning costs.

  • > 60 days before trip

    50% of total paid (excluding deposit) refunded

    31–60 days before trip

    25% of total paid (excluding deposit) refunded

    30 or less days before the trip

    • No refund available

    • No refunds for no-shows or early departures.

    *Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of written request.

  • If you become ill or experience an emergency within 10 days of the retreat:

    • Payments remain non-refundable

    • You may:

      • Transfer your spot to another guest up to 72 hours before retreat (subject to approval)

      • Receive partial credit only if we fill your vacated spot from the waitlist (not guaranteed)

    • Transfers are permitted at no extra cost up to 14 days prior to retreat

    • The Luxescape team must approve all transfers

    • If a waitlist exists, we may assist in placing someone in your spot

    • Full balance must be paid by October 15, 2025

    • Late payments may forfeit your reservation with no refund
